Co-hosting and property management services may be governed by a separate written agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any such agreement, the separate agreement will control.

5. Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellation and change policies vary by property and booking channel and will be disclosed at booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no prorated refunds are provided for partially used stays, early departures, or unused service periods.

6. SMS and Text Messaging Terms (A2P / 10DLC). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, forms, bookings, inquiries, or other communications, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from Clear Trail Properties. Messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, guest instructions, service updates, and promotional or informational communications if you opt in.
