Welcome to The Timber Nook by Clear Trail Properties, a cozy, rustic woodland retreat tucked into the Lake Arrowhead area of Nekoosa, WI. Designed for relaxed family getaways, golf trips, and year-round adventures, this 1,400 sq. ft. home sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a comfortable place to reconnect after a day exploring everything the Town of Rome has to offer.

 

Spend your days golfing at nearby Sand Valley, enjoying Lake Arrowhead, or exploring the area's ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails. Back at the house, fire up the propane grill, gather around the fire pit, or settle in for a relaxing evening surrounded by the Wisconsin outdoors.

✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification: A signed rental agreement and valid ID from the booking guest are required.

✔ Security Deposit Hold: A $300 refundable security deposit hold is required.

✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees apply and arrangements must be made in advance.

✔ Optional access to the Lake Arrowhead Community Center and pool is available for $10 per person, per day. Pool passes must be requested and paid for in advance. Please allow at least 2 business days' notice, as same day requests cannot be accommodated.

✔ The hot tub is coming soon and is not currently available for guest use.

✔ Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Cats and birds are not permitted. Certain dog breeds may be subject to restrictions. Please contact us before booking to review our pet policy and confirm eligibility.

✔ To respect our neighbors and community, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time, including conversations, music, vehicle use, fireworks, and outdoor activities. Noise complaints or violations may result in additional fines ($250). We take noise complaints very seriously. We appreciate your help in keeping the neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
