✔ Recreational trailers are not permitted in the condominium parking lot. Off-site trailer storage is available at Lakeside Marina for an additional fee.

✔ Overnight boat parking must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed. Guests may only use an approved, assigned boat slip.

 

Additional fees & requirements:

 

✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.

✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $500 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.

✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.

✔ Shoreline access, docks, and the outdoor fire pit are shared with other condominium residents and guests.

✔ Overnight boat slips are limited and must be requested in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.

✔ A charcoal grill is available for guest use. Charcoal is not provided. Please clean the grill after use to avoid additional cleaning fees.

✔ Firewood is not provided for the shared fire pit. Please ensure all fires are completely extinguished after use.

✔ Pets are not permitted.

✔ Parking regulations are strictly enforced by the condominium association. Please display your parking pass at all times and use only authorized parking spaces.
