✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.

✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.

✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.

✔ Guests must log into their own streaming accounts on Smart TVs and log out before checkout

✔ We are dog-friendly and welcome well-behaved pups with a small pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns - thanks for understanding! Please let us know your dog’s breed and size when booking.

✔ To respect our neighbors and community, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time, including conversations, music, vehicle use, fireworks, and outdoor activities. Noise complaints or violations may result in additional fines ($250). We take noise complaints very seriously. We appreciate your help in keeping the neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable for everyone. ✔ For the comfort of our guests and neighbors, the property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels only. This property was better than the pictures! It was beautiful, peaceful, secluded in the forest and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed walking, sitting on the pier, the fire ring, games provided, the nearby beach (which was walkable, but mainly we drove). We also visited several nearby restaurants We would definitely return and hopefully have a longer visit
