Welcome to McClellan House Room A by Clear Trail Properties, a private second-floor room in a shared professional residence in Wausau. Designed with traveling professionals and extended stays in mind, McClellan House combines the privacy of your own room with a few practical shared amenities.

Room A includes a Queen bed, Smart TV, and your own mini food-preparation area with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Outside your room, you'll share a bathroom, hallway laundry, and dedicated common workspace with office desks and drinking water with only two other guests. High-speed Wi-Fi, convenient parking, and easy self check-in make it a practical home base for work assignments, business travel, relocation, and longer stays.

Important Notes

✔ This reservation is for one private room with a maximum occupancy of 1 guest. Rooms B and C are individually rented to other professional guests.

✔ There is no full kitchen or living room. Each guest room has its own refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

✔ The dedicated workspace with office desks and drinking water is shared with the other guests.

✔ The bathroom and hallway laundry are shared among Rooms A, B, and C.

✔ All guest rooms are on the second floor and require the use of stairs.

✔ A dish tub is provided for washing dishes, with water and sink access available in the shared bathroom.

✔ Rear parking is accessed through the alley, with 1 vehicle allowed per room. Street parking is also available except during applicable snow emergencies.

✔ Window A/C units are not currently available but will be installed soon.

✔ The Smart TV requires your own streaming accounts. Please remember to log out before checkout.
