✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.

✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.

✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.

✔ Additional Guests - $5 per night for each guest beyond 6.

Important Note:

✔ The Smart TV requires guests to log in with their own streaming accounts. Please remember to log out before checkout to protect your information.

✔ We are dog-friendly and welcome up to 2 well-behaved pups with a small pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns - thanks for understanding! Please let us know your dog’s breed and size when booking. Dogs must have collars and updated shots.
