Parking

✔ Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles on the private gravel driveway.

✔ Fishing boats up to 17 feet in length may be brought onto the property and parked in the driveway.

✔ Please note that the driveway is narrow with limited turnaround space near the house. If you are bringing a boat, you will likely need to back the trailer out of the driveway, as there is not enough room to turn around.

✔ If you plan to launch your boat, the nearby state park offers daily and weekly boat slips.

✔ Guests who choose to keep their boat at the Lake Petenwell State Park Marina are responsible for purchasing any required daily or weekly docking permits, as well as any applicable parking fees for trucks and trailers.

Additional Fees & Requirements

✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification: A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.

✔ Security Deposit Hold: A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.

✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.

✔ Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and community, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time, including conversations, music, vehicle use, fireworks, and outdoor activities. Noise complaints or violations may result in an additional $250 fine. We take noise complaints very seriously and appreciate your help keeping the neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

Beautiful location. The standout here is the ability to enjoy multiple outdoor spaces, from the fire pit on the hillside overlooking the the lake, to the smaller fire pit by the water, the seating on the dock to enjoy the sunset, and the deck for dining outside. The cabin was clean, well furnished and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We dined at Sand Valley, and recommend the mammoth bar, and Craig’s porch, along with the BBQ Trailer. We spent some time hiking around the dunes as well. The one problem we had (no hot water) was attended to very quickly by management and they had someone out within the hour to fix it. Communication was excellent. Looking forward to coming back n.

Ashley's Hideaway was perfect for our family of four. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and easy to enjoy. We lived everything from the sheets and towels to the rugs and furniture. The view, deck, dock and fire pit were just what we needed to enjoy our time away, and Sheena @ Clear Trail was wonderful to work with - very responsive whenever we had questions! Highly recommend!
