Founders of Clear Trail Properties, Buck and Ashley are passionate about creating vacation homes that are warm, welcoming, and worry-free.
What started as a personal investment in 2018, quickly grew into a mission: deliver better stays through better hospitality. They’re proud to lead a team that cares about every guest, every home, and every experience.
Today they have grown to more than 60 units across 6 different markets. "We are so incredibly proud of the amazing company we have built."
Katelyn Peterson — Central Market Manager & Owner Relations Coordinator
Katelyn is spearheading regional growth and client success across our Central Wisconsin Market. She acts as the vital operational bridge for our property owners, overseeing seamless onboardings and maintaining the systems that drive our direct booking ecosystem.
Aubrey Immel — Northeast Market Manager & Owner Relations Coordinator
Aubrey drives our regional expansion across Appleton and Green Bay as our Northeast Market Manager & Owner Relations Coordinator. She acts as the vital operational bridge for our property owners, overseeing seamless client onboardings and managing local regional growth.
