You’ll share a spacious bathroom with just one other guest, and have access to a fully stocked shared kitchen, shared laundry room, and common areas cleaned twice a week by our professional staff.

This 5,000 sq. ft. home includes 12 private bedrooms, 6 shared bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, and 2 laundry rooms — with plenty of space for everyone.

Additional Fees & Requirements:

-Guests must sign a rental agreement and upload valid ID before check-in

-$300 security deposit hold (credit card only, released after checkout)

-Early check-in or late check-out available for $30 each, if available
