Everything was amazing! The place is beautiful and exactly like advertised. My family stayed for a month and we felt like home. Plus, there is an adorable cat in the surroundings, who is always showing up by the window and he is just perfect! Everything was perfect!
I can’t say enough about the Blue Heron Oasis. What a beautiful and peaceful place. The location on the river is wonderful, the accommodations were spotless, and the hot tub is perfectly maintained. Six of us came to Wausau for a wedding and the Blue Heron had ample room for everyone. I would definitely recommend staying there.
We rented this place for a travel nurse who was helping out a local facility. The property was responsive and helpful, and it let us know about maintenance work more than a week in advance.
It was a beautiful property, the lake view was great, and we enjoyed the hot tube. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for gatherings. The home had plenty of room and extra blankets, throw blankets , and pillows. My family had a great time. Our host was very responsive. Thanks for the great stay.

Fantastic waterfront home, breathtaking views from the jacuzzi made recovery from our Ragnar Race weekend relaxing. House was very comfy and spacious, was ideal to remote work from on the weekdays and WiFi was excellent. The place had a great north woods feel without the additional 2hrs trek north. Will definitely return. Lots to do in the area, our favorite is 9 mile Forest for trail runs, biking and walks.
