-Guests must sign a rental agreement and the booker must upload a valid government-issued ID
-A $300 security deposit hold is required (not charged unless needed)
-Early check-in / late check-out available for $30 each (subject to availability)
-Additional guest fee: $5 per night for each guest beyond 2
