"Eh There!"

Don't worry, we actually do know how to spell! That's how we say "hey" up here in the U.P. Somehow the "hey" turned into "Eh" and we love it! When we started traveling to the U.P. and northern Wisconsin many years ago, we fell in love with all of the fun little words they use up here like "Pasties" and "Kromer". Don't know what those are either? Oh, you have to come to the U.P. and find out!

Here at Clear Trail Properties, we love the "let's have some fun outdoors" attitude. We know life can be stressful. Work, kids, family. It can definitely be overwhelming at times. We are human, just like you and know what it's like. That is why we understand the importance of the meaning, "I need a break". Our goal is to provide that stress-free break we all need!

Where do we start?

Clear Trail Properties is owned by a family from southern Wisconsin. Buck, Ashley & Korbin (pictured below). They have a passion for the outdoors which didn't exactly fit the landscape southern Wisconsin had to offer. They knew they needed to find a place so perfect that it had to fit their outdoor lovers dreams. That is when they began traveling to the U.P. and history was made.

Buck, Ashley & Korbin are avid snowmobilers, but they love the summer months as well as; hiking, biking and kayaking. They have spent many seasons traveling to the U.P. and northern Wisconsin and they love everything it has to offer. The scenery is breathtaking and is so peaceful. It makes you forget about everything else for that moment in time.

Experiences are what we remember most. I can't tell you what I got for Christmas when I was 12, but I can almost recite every detail of when my family took me to Florida on a Disney trip that year. Nothing ever becomes real, until it is experienced.

What we have experienced traveling to the U.P. and northern Wisconsin has changed our lives forever. It has offered us the perfect "break" away from our everyday lives and that has led to the birth of Clear Trail Properties. We knew the experiences we encountered couldn't be kept a secret. We knew we had to share this with as many families as we possibly could.

Creating an experience that guests can have that "break" from the stresses of everyday life, are very important to us. We strive to make everything as perfect as possible for you when you arrive and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen, to the basic pantry essentials, to the most comfortable beds, we strive to make sure your experience with us is one of a kind!
