We are catering to the traveling professional and providing the best experience at a lower price point because we rent by the room!

This room is located in the lower level of the home. This room is close to the laundry room and garage exit. You will share a bathroom with 1 traveling professional.

You will have access to 1 of the kitchens and 1 laundry room. The kitchen is fulling stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Just bring your food!

Our cleaning staff does bi-weekly cleanings of all the common spaces. We take cleaning very seriously. We want your spaces to always be clean for you!

There are keypad locks on all the doors. You will get a code at check in.

This is a 5000 sq. ft. home that has 12 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms and 3 entrances. We rent each room out separately. The kitchens, laundry and some bathrooms are shared.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
