This home is situated on a beautiful 10 acre property about 10 min outside Wausau! Hospitals are about a 15 minute drive. Enjoy this peaceful, relaxing setting after a long day at work.
The owners live in the house next door. They are very private and will respect your space.
The rooms are very private as each room/bath is on its own level in the house. This is a shared space with other professionals. You will get your own room and bathroom. Each room has its own lock. The rooms are private as each room/bath are on its own level.
The upper level bedroom is smaller and only has a full size bed. We only allow 1 person to stay in this room.
The kitchen, living area, and office will all be shared with 1-2 other traveling professionals. The spaces are very private!
The entrance has a keypad lock and each bedroom has its own keypad lock with a separate code.

Very quiet neighborhood out in the country! You are 10 min from town and will need a vehicle.
This home is also about 10 minutes from Wausau out in the country. It's beautiful out here!

We only have 1 parking space available per room. We have very limited parking on this property.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
