This home is situated on a beautiful 10 acre property about 10 min outside Wausau! Hospitals are about a 15 minute drive. Enjoy this peaceful, relaxing setting after a long day at work.
The owners live in the house next door. There is only 1 parking space available per room.
The rooms are very private as each room/bath is on its own level in the house. This is a shared space with other professionals. You will get your own room and bathroom. Each room has its own lock. The rooms are private as each room/bath are on its own level.
The kitchen, living area, and office will all be shared with 1-2 other traveling professionals. The spaces are very private!
The entrance to the house has a code lock on it. Also, each bedroom will have its own code lock on it. You will get 2 codes at check in.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
