This home is situated on a beautiful 10 acre property about 10 min outside Wausau! Hospitals are about a 15 minute drive. Enjoy this peaceful, relaxing setting after a long day at work.

The rooms are very private as each room/bath is on its own level in the house.

Note: There is only 1 parking space available per room.

This is a shared space with 3 private bedrooms and bathrooms. This is for the lower level bedroom with private bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry are all shared with 1-2 other traveling professionals.

Each guest will have a keypad lock on their room and also there is a keypad lock on the entry door to the home. You will get 2 codes at check in.

Very quiet neighborhood. This property is 10 minutes from town so you will need a car.

This rental is catered to traveling professionals. It is not suited for family stays. Please read the house rules before booking. There is a $300 credit card hold deposit and a signature on our house rules agreement required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
